The Perpetual Charter of the 7th Army, Nebraska Territorial Militia-The Territorial Militia of the Kingdom of New France in America, the American Militia-The United States Army Air Corps and its Divisions.

The American Militia is the 7th Army Air Corps, also known as the 7th Army, which is the Nebraska Territorial Militia, and the Territorial Militia of the Kingdom of New France in America, House of Stuart, that is, George Custer's 7th Army Cavalry, which has the following Divisions:

The 7th Army and its Divisions are the Nebraska Territorial Militia operating under the United States Territorial Constitution of 1781, the Lousiana Purchase Treaty, the Pennsylvania Charter of 1681, the Declaration of Independence, and the House of Stuart, King Louis XIV the Kingdom of New France in America, Immortal-Multidimensional-Immortal. The 7th Army American Militia has as its primary duty the Defense of America, and it is not bound by The Rules of War, nor is it bound by the Hague Conventions on Warfare. Thus, the 7th Army can engage in irregular military tactics and strategy, and it can operate in the United States of Amrcica without violating the Constitution of 1789, and without violating the Federal Posse Comitatus Act. Additonally, all member of the 7th Army are techinically civilians, and are entitled to full Substantive and Procedural Due Process protections, and are entitled to disobey an unreasonable or illegal order. Thus, all members of the 7th Army-The American Militia are techinically contract employees of the 7th Army. The Home Base of the 7th Army is Offut Air Force Base and The Strategic Air Command (SAC) Base located in Sarpy County and Douglas County Nebraska.

Enforcing Natural Law under the National Security Act

Sheriff's Law, the Law of Logic, which makes sophistry a felonious crime, is enforceable under the National Security Act of 1947 as natural law. The National Security Act comes into play when a Federal Judge, a Federal Prosecutor, or a Memeber of the Order of the Coif, or a Member of the United States Supreme Court Bar brings a charge against a person who is flagrantly and maliciously engaging in statements, arguments, and actions which are based upon sophistry, that is, which are fallacious statements or arguments. Typically such criminal defendants are involved with illegal espionage, or illegal organized crime activity, or illegal satatic activity or illegal witchery. Such criminal defendants can be charged with criminal nuisance and criminal nuisance on the assizes, and/or, treason or treason on the assizes. Basically, iquisitorial rules apply in the first instance, and the defendant is charged with such crimes in writing with the relevant law and fact plead in writing. The defendant is entitled to all equitable defenses, such as, challenging the bona fides of the judge and/or prosecutor, and asserting that the judge or prosectuor has unclean hands in equity, typically, for violating the Law of Logic, him, or her, or hae self. Sheriff's Law, or the Law of Logic is typically used when the ordinary system of justice is corrupt, incompetent, or treasonous. For example, if it appears that the President of the United States is a traitor or spy, then it is appropriate to use the National Security Act and Sheriff's Law to prosdecute the President and his minions for treason and treason on the assizes, and for criminal nuisance and criminal nuisance on the assizes.

Informed sources in the National Security Agency-Chicago, are reporting that a remote control drone small airplane was used by the KGB Moscow to assasinate hardliner communist Cuban dictator Fidel Castro. Apparently, the small remote control plane which was piloted from Soviet Russia by a remote computer with a sattelite bounce, flew in with computer web cam guidance in the plane, and shot Castro with an onboard machine pistol at point blank range. Condolences to Charles Dougherty, that is, Raul Castro, Fidel's brother, who is the current president of Duquense University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Apparently, Charles Dougherty's wife, Judge Sandra Dougherty, in Omaha, Nebraska, is not bothered by her husband Charlie's sexual laisons with homosexual crossdressing women. In fact, informed sources indicate that Sandra Dougherty was kicked off the Federal District Court bench in Omaha for having a menage a trois, sexual encounter with her husband Charles Dougherty and Dean Guter of the Duquesne law school. Nevertheless, Sandra Dougherty was able to use her Nebraska Nazi Party connections with Nebraska Supreme Court Justice Mike Heavican and former Nebraska Bar President Bill Dittrick, to get on the State District Court Bench in Omaha. Of course, Sandra Dougherty may well have had a sexual menage a trois encounter with Dittrick and Heavican in order to try to salvage her career and get the State judicial appointment in Omaha. Of course, we are wondering if Dean Cheryl Guter (also the receptionist in Dr. Uribe's office in Bellevue, PA) will sue Charlie Dougherty and Duquense University for firing Guter for being inadequate in bed.

Underneath the runways of Moscow Airport there is a maximum security political prison which is larger than the infamous Lubyanka Prison in Soviet Russia. Among the prisoners held there are some major United States politicians, including Presidents, as well as over 1,500 American prisoners of war from both the Korean and Vietnam wars. Several United States Presidents, including Bill Clinton, were kidnapped and replaced with lookalikes. It appears that Bill and Hillary Clinton were both kidnapped and replaced with KGB lookalikes, prior to going to law school, when they were studying Jurisprudence at Oxford on Rhodes Scholarships. Additionally, the real G.W. Bush as kidnapped in Turkey by the KGB around 1975, when working for the CIA there, is in the Sheremetyevo Underground Political Prison, as well. Both the leadership of the Russian Republic and the Russian Federation know about the prison, and that new political prisoners are still being illegally incarcerated there. Also, on a fairly regular basis, American tourists and businessmen are detained in the Airport itself in a back room, their luggage is then confiscated, and then they are taken down a hidden elevator to be illegally thrown into jail in the underground Sheremetyevo Political Prison. These Political Prisoners must be freed. Contact you United States Senators, the White House, and the United Nations in order to free these innocent politicals.

NSA reports CIA Code has been Cracked

The American National Security Agency is reporting that the American Central Intelligence Agency Code (CIA code) has been compromised. "It is clear that the Chinese and Soviet Russian communists have cracked the CIA crypography code. In fact, the CIA code is so stupid that one would think that anybody would know it. It appears that the CIA code is merely the old Morse code which was used in the American old West telegraph system. The code is comprised of a variety of dots and dashes.

The American approach to Military Tactics and Strategy involves a combination of linear and daoist approaches. Let us consider the American invasion of Europe from Great Britain during World War II against Nazi Germany. Eisenhower and his staff were perceptive enough to realize that a conventional approach to war would not work. They also knew that it was likely that the SHAEF (Supreme Headquarter Allied Expeditionary Force) Staff had British Nazi spys and Soviet KGB spys in place who could potentially give top secret information to the German Nazis which would destroy the American Invasion Plan. Also, there is a certain military strategy which takes the approach that you always assume that there is a spy or traitor in your camp, and plan accordingly. Additionally, the enemy is typically used to doing linear planning in a fixed way. Thus, the Wise American Commander developes 7 different, but complementary plans to invade Europe (or elsewhere), and then allocates a certain amount of resources to the commander for each plan, but, also holds in reserve enough resources, such that only one of the plans will be fully implemented at the last minute. In this way, the enemy will have to allocate resources in relation to all 7 plans, in strength, in order to counter each potential plan. In fact, the American Commander may even be able to put resources into 2 of the plans, not just one. Thus, the American plans for the invasion of Europe involved the potential American landings at Calais Beach, Normandy Beach, but also, LeHarve Harbor. Antwerp Harbor, Amsterdam Harbor, Marseilles Harbor, and Hamburg Harbor. In fact, the Wise American Commander will leak to the Germans the general idea of each potential plan, and then engage in feints, to suggest to the German Commander, typically Rommel, that one or two of the plans were being favored over the others. Then, the Wise American Commander will sit back and scout the enemy to see how he is allocating his resources, and then respond in such a way that those enemy resources will be rendered ineffectual.
